Ride data did not upload automatically after finishing the ride
1. Manual Sync (App Connection Status): If the bike computer is connected to the OnelapFit app, navigate to Bike Computer Home > Mileage Card > History to locate the missing record. Manually tap the sync button in the blue bar at the top of the page to complete the upload.
2. Wi-Fi Auto-Sync: Connect the bike computer to a Wi-Fi network and check whether the unuploaded record syncs automatically.
3. Data Retransmission: Open the OnelapFit app, navigate to the bike computer settings page, select the data retransmission function, and manually upload unsynced ride records.
How do I switch between different regional maps?
1. Prerequisite: At least two map files must be downloaded.
2. Steps: Open the OnelapFit app. Navigate to My > My Computer > Select C606 V2 device > General Settings > Map Download > File List. Select the desired map file, enter the edit page, toggle the "Apply This File" switch, then tap "OK" to complete the map application status switch.
Maps fail to display after download?
1. Confirm file status: Verify the target area map has been downloaded and the file status shows as "In Use."
2. Check scale levels: The map displays the full road network at scale levels 50 m-200 m. Levels 500 m-20 km+ show only major roads. Adjust the scale to view.
3. Restart the device: If the map display remains abnormal, try restarting the device and check again.
4. Redownload: If the above methods fail, delete the map file and download it again.
The computer won't turn on/freezes after booting
1. Check for low battery: Connect the charger and observe whether the charging animation appears. If the animation appears, charge for 15-30 minutes before attempting to power on. If no animation appears, extend the charging time and check again.
2. Force Restart Procedure: If the bike computer freezes, simultaneously press and hold the two physical buttons at the bottom for 20 seconds. After hearing a "beep" sound, check whether it powers on normally.
3. After-Sales Support: If the above methods fail to resolve the issue, please contact after-sales support for assistance.
When connecting the bike computer to the OnelapFit App, it prompts "Please download 顽鹿运动 to use it" and cannot connect to the software or activate.
Cause: The device's country code does not match the current location. Mainland China version devices can only be activated in Mainland China, Hong Kong, and Macau. International version devices can only be activated in regions outside Mainland China, Hong Kong, and Macau.
Solution: Different versions cannot be changed and must be activated in the corresponding region. Please contact the original purchase channel to confirm the device's origin and version, and have the seller resolve the issue. If you purchased international version directly from the official channel and are overseas but still cannot activate, provide the activation email and device SN to the official channel for troubleshooting.
