Devices of the international version can only be activated and used in regions other than the Chinese mainland, Hong Kong, and Macao.
Solution: The version of the device cannot be changed, and it can only be activated and used in the corresponding region. Please contact the purchase channel of the Smart Trainer to confirm the device source and version. If you have purchased international version device and are overseas but still cannot activate it successfully, please provide the activation email and the device's Serial Number to Magene's official channels for troubleshooting.
