1. Basic conditions and mode settings
- Check battery level: Low power may prevent normal operation. Fully charge the bike computer first.
- Confirm riding mode: GPS is disabled in indoor mode. Switch to outdoor mode to enable positioning.
2. Environmental and operational interference
- Check satellite signal environment: Signals may be blocked indoors, near tall buildings, or in dense foliage. Move to an open outdoor area, keep the device stationary for 3 minutes. If still unsuccessful, move a short distance and wait again.
- Avoid operational interference: During positioning, keep the bike computer on the home screen. Avoid moving the device or pressing [Start Riding], as this may disrupt signal acquisition.
3. Firmware and ephemeris data issues
- Update firmware: Connect the bike computer to the Onelapfit App via [Me > Bike Computer]. If the firmware is not the latest version, update it (do not switch screens during the update).
- Synchronize ephemeris data (AGNSS): If the bike computer has not been used for a long time or has moved locations, the ephemeris data may be outdated. First synchronize AGNSS data via Onelapfit App, then restart the device outdoors and wait for positioning.
4. Hardware module failure
- If positioning still fails after the above steps, the GPS module may be damaged. Contact customer service and provide a video showing:
- The bike computer remains on the home screen in an open outdoor area for 3 minutes without movement or operation.
