Bike Computer cannot detect Wi-Fi
- Long Batt enabled: Disable this mode.
- Wi-Fi not 2.4GHz: Set your router to 2.4GHz with a channel ≤11. If still undetected, test with a laptop hotspot set to 2.4GHz.
- Bluetooth data packet mismatch: If a 2.4GHz hotspot is undetected, the phone's Bluetooth version may be incompatible. Submit logs, Onelapfit account, and device SN for troubleshooting.
How to switch between map regions
Prerequisite: At least two map files must be downloaded.
Steps:
- Open Onelapfit App > [My > My Bike Computer > C606 Pro > General Settings > Map Download].
- In the file list, select the desired map, enter the edit page, toggle [Apply This File] to ON, then click OK.
Downloaded map fails to display
- Confirm file status: Check if the target map is downloaded and marked as "Active."
- Adjust scale level: Maps display full road networks at scales of 50m–200m. At 500m–20km, only major roads are shown. Adjust the scale accordingly.
- Restart bike computer: If the map still does not display, restart the device.
- Re-download: Delete the map file and re-download it if the above steps fail.
Riding records not automatically uploaded after cycling
- Manual sync (when connected to App):Bike computer:go to [Distance> History], select the un-uploaded record, and click the [Sync] button at the top.
- Wi-Fi auto-sync: Connect the bike computer to Wi-Fi to check if records sync automatically.
- Data re-upload: In Onelapfit App, enter the bike computer General settings and use the [Data Re-Retranmission] function.
Sensor connection failure
- Check sensor status: Ensure the sensor is powered on and has sufficient battery.
- Verify installation and sleep mode: Confirm the sensor is installed correctly and not in sleep mode.
- Protocol priority: The bike computer prioritizes ANT+ protocol sensors. Bluetooth sensors may take longer to connect.
- Re-search sensors: In bike computer settings, disable the sensor function, wait briefly, then re-enable and search again.
Paired Bike Computer cannot reconnect to Onelapfit App after reboot
- Check Bluetooth status: Ensure the phone's Bluetooth is enabled. Restart Bluetooth.
- Restart device and app: Power off the bike computer, fully close the Onelapfit App, and reopen it.
- Re-pair: If ineffective, unpair the bike computer in Onelapfit App, "Forget the device" in the phone's Bluetooth settings, then re-pair.
